“Beyond the Frames” celebration March 14, 2024 - unveiled three life-size portraits commissioned by Worcester County Mechanics Hall of extraordinary 19th century Black American legends Sojourner Truth (by Manu Saluja), Frederick Douglass (by Imo Nse Imeh) and William and Marth Brown (by Brenda Zlemany). The portraits are permanently installed in the Great Portrait Gallery of the concert hall.
